V-lines – numbering system

Digit 1 – indicates body length and form of body:

81 = 200mm Straight 84 = 150mm Straight 87 = 110mm Straight
82 = 200mm 90° Angle 85 = 150mm 90° Angle 88 = 110mm 90° Angle
83 = 200mm 135° Angle 86 = 150mm 135° Angle

Digits 3 & 4 – indicates range:

09 = -30/50°C 19 = 0/100°C 32 = 0/200°C
10 = -30/50°C&F 18 = 0/100°C&F 33 = 0/200°C&F
15 = 0/50°C 22 = 0/120°C
16 = 0/50°C&F 23 = 0/120°C&F
17 = 0/60°C 29 = 0/160°C
14 = 0/60°C&F 30 = 0/160°C&F

Digit 5 – indicates tail length and length of standard pocket below hex:

0 = 30mm 5 = 100mm
1 = 40mm 6 = 160mm
2 = 50mm 7 = 250mm
3 = 63mm 8 = 400mm
4 = 75mm 9 = 200mm

Digit 6 – indicates standard pocket thread size and material, or indicates refill tube:

0 = 1/2″ BSP Brass 5 = 3/4″ BSP S/Steel
2 = 1/2″ BSP S/Steel 6 = Refill/Replacement
3 = 3/4″ BSP Brass 7 = 3/8″ BSP Brass
4 = 1/2″ NPT Brass
